Vanilla Frosting - Recipe

VANILLA FROSTING

2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 egg yolks*
1 tbsp. vanilla extract

Beat all ingredients until fluffy and light (2-3 minutes). Frost cake on top and sides. May garnish with chopped nuts or coconut.
