PINEAPPLE - APRICOT SALAD 
2 cans pineapple tidbits
2 cans apricot halves
4 tbsp. minute tapioca
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Drain fruit, mix juice with tapioca and cook until the tapioca is clear (may be done in the microwave). Fold in the marshmallows, mixing until they are dissolved, add to the fruit and cool. Flavor improves in a day or so, great to take to picnics and carry ins.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
