1 head lettuce 1 med. red onion 4 oz. grated Longhorn cheese 4 fresh tomatoes, wedges 1 lb. lean, ground beef 1 avocado, sliced 1 lg. pkg. plain Doritos, crushed 1 (8 oz.) bottle Seven Seas creamy Russian dressing (or Catalina) 1 lb. can kidney beans, drained Break lettuce into bite-size pieces. Chop onion and combine lettuce and onion with cheese, tomatoes, and avocado. Brown the ground beef crisply and drain. Add drained kidney beans and simmer 10 minutes. Add meat mixture to the vegetables. Add Doritos and dressing last. Serve at once. |
