MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 c. corn meal
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (3 ox.) can cream corn
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 1/2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 c. sweet milk
2 eggs
1 lb. chuck or hamburger
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients and bake in greased 10 x 14 inch pan. Bake at 450 degrees for about 30 minutes. Can be used as a casserole hot or cold.
