BOJANGLES BISCUITS 
2 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. Crisco
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. powdered sugar
1 c. buttermilk

Sift flour, baking soda and powdered sugar together. Cut in the Crisco. Mix in buttermilk.

Roll out dough and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 450 degrees until brown on top. Brush with melted butter. Makes about 1 dozen large biscuits.
