MAMA PUMPKIN PIE 
1 pt. cooked pumpkin
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
6 eggs (save 4 whites for meringue)
Dash of nutmeg
Coconut
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients, pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Makes 2 pies. Top with meringue or whipped cream.
