NACHO DOGS 
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. wieners
1/2 c. crushed corn chips
1/4 c. salsa sauce
1/4 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped (optional)

In a small bowl, combine cheese, corn chips and salsa sauce. Cut a narrow slit, lengthwise in wieners, to make a pocket. Insert about 2 tablespoons cheese mixture in each wiener. Place wieners on grill grate about 3 to 4 inches above hot coals. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until heated and cheese melts. Top with jalapenos, if desired. 4 to 6 servings.
