2 c. chopped turkey or chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. frozen peas
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Grease 10 inch pie pan. Sprinkle turkey, peas, onion, salt and cheese in pie pan. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth; pour over all and bake n oven at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until knife comes out clean. Let set 5 minutes before cutting. Makes 4 servings.
