CHEESY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 sm. onion, chopped
8 fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheese
2 c. milk
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain. Combine chicken, onion, mushrooms and cheese, fold into noodles. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over noodles. Bake uncovered in oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
