CONCH SALAD 
1 lb. conch
1 med. onion
1 green pepper
1 tomato
Juice of 4 limes or lemons
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Tabasco or red hot peppers to taste

Chop conch and onions very fine. Cut tomatoes and green pepper into 1/2 inch cubes. Add all the above seasonings and lime juice. Toss lightly. Chill thoroughly. Serves 4 to 6.
