PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6-8 pork chops
Onion, chopped
1 c. milk
3-4 potatoes, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown chops, put one layer of potatoes in baking dish, then chops. Another layer potatoes, onions, and cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup milk. Pour over top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
