LAYERED SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 pkg. fresh spinach
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
1 pkg. cherry tomatoes
1 pkg. peas, thawed
1 lb. bacon, cooked and drained

Layer the above.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt

Frost like a cake so no air gets in.

Refrigerate overnight and toss at serving time. May also add cooked eggs, grated cheese, fresh cauliflower, broccoli, fresh mushrooms.
