1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 can cherry pie filling
1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts

Greased 9x13 inch cake pan. Spread pineapple in bottom of pan, spread cherries over this. Sprinkle cake mix on top. Cut butter into thin slices and place on top of dry cake mix. Sprinkle nuts all over. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
