MEXICAN PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. salad oil
3/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can water
3/4 c. raw rice (I use Minute Rice)
1 tsp. chili powder

Mix flour, salt, chili powder, and roll pork chops. Brown on both sides in salad oil. Add tomato sauce and water, rice, green pepper, onion, chili powder. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
