THREE-BEAN SALAD 
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of garlic powder
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can cut wax beans or chick-peas, drained
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1/4 c. sliced green onion
Lettuce leaves

Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add beans and onion and toss well. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight, tossing occasionally. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
