2 c. flour
1 c. butter
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)

Mix ingredients. Roll into balls. Bake at 325 degrees for about 10 minutes or until they begin to brown. Do not over bake. Roll in additional confectioners sugar while hot. You can roll them again after they cool.
