1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
1 box frozen broccoli, thawed, drained & finely chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten

Mix together and bake in hot greased iron skillet at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
