RATTLESTEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. sirloin or round steak
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt

Cut steak into 1" cubes. Dip into mixture of eggs and milk, then dip into flour, pepper and garlic salt mixture until well coated. Deep fry.

BUTTER SAUCE:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. curry powder

Heat in saucepan. To Eat: Spear a piece of steak. Dip in sauce and enjoy.
