CHILI CON QUESO POTATOES 
1 pkg. (5.5 oz.) au gratin potato mix
1 c. shredded process American cheese (4 oz.)
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 to 2 tbsp. diced hot jalapeno peppers
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 or 4 drops red pepper sauce

Mix potatoes, Sauce mix and 3 cups boiling water in 3 quart microwavable casserole. Cover with waxed paper microwave on high (100%) 10 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave until potatoes are tender, 7 to 10 minutes; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and microwave until hot, 2 to 4 minutes. 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
