MACEDOINE FRUIT SALAD 
2 bananas, sliced
Lemon juice
Sifted confectioner sugar
2 apples, cut in wedges
1 pt. strawberries
4 peaches, sliced
3 oranges, sectioned
3 pears, sliced
2 c. pitted cherries
1/2 c. Grand Marnier

Place layer of banana slices in a straight sided glass bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice and powdered sugar. Arrange remaining fruits in layers sprinkling each layer with lemon juice and powdered sugar. Pour the Grand Marnier over the top and chill overnight to blend flavors. Serve cold. Makes 10 servings.
