RHUBARB PUDDING 
3 c. sliced rhubarb
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg

Place rhubarb, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in greased baking pan. Mix white sugar, butter, and egg; spread over the top of the rhubarb. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
