RHUBARB DREAM DESSERT 
1 c. flour
5 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix like pie crust. Press into 7 x 11 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten

Mix sugar and flour. Add eggs and 3 cups rhubarb, 3/4 teaspoon salt. Mix and spread on crust. Return to oven and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Can substitute 1 cup strawberries for 1 cup rhubarb. Decorate with Cool Whip and one strawberry for each serving.
