ROAST BEEF | |
3-4 lb. boneless roast 2 sm. bay leaves 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. cooking wine or red vinegar 1 tsp. beef bouillon 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 1/2 tsp. sugar Place roast in roaster. Pour liquid mixture over top. Cover and cook in a 300 degree oven for 4-5 hours, until tender. Turn over one-half through. |
