ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD 
1 head cabbage, finely chopped
1 diced bell pepper
6-8 green onions, chopped
1 pkg. (3/4 c.) sliced almonds
1/3 c. sesame seeds
2 packets Top Ramen soup noodles, discard seasoning packet
2 tbsp. oil
2 c. tuna, shrimp, or cooked chicken breast

DRESSING:

1/4 c. rice vinegar (Maruken seasoned)
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. soy sauce

Toast broken noodles and almonds in oil until lightly browned. Add sesame seeds and brown lightly. Mix dressing ingredients. Add Ramen mixture and dressing to cabbage and meat mixture 30 minutes before serving.
