Ice cream (vanilla, coffee or chocolate)
2 sticks butter
1 bag chocolate chips
1 reg. box corn flakes, scrunched up
Amaretto (optional)

Melt butter in saucepan. Add chocolate chips. Heat until melted until smooth. Take off heat. (Add Amaretto.) Refrigerate. Put corn flakes in bowl and scrunch up with hands. Fold into chocolate mixture. Break up chocolate mixture with fork. Mix slightly soften ice cream. Freeze.
