BREAKFAST PIE 
2 c. ham, sausage or bacon
2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
4 eggs
2 unbaked pie shells

Grate cheese and sprinkle with flour and spread in shell, meat next. Beat eggs and add milk, salt and mustard and pour over. Bake about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
