PORK FRIED RICE 
1 c. bean sprouts
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. long grain white rice (cooked)
2 cut up cooked pork chops or about 1 c. cut up cooked chicken
2 green onions, sliced
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash of white pepper

Cook rice; rinse bean sprouts. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet until hot; rotate skillet until covers bottom. Cook and stir mushrooms in oil over medium heat until coated, about 1 minute. Add bean sprouts, rice, pork, and onions. Cook and stir over medium heat, breaking up rice, until hot, about 5 minutes.
