STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
1 1/4 sticks butter, melted
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. thin pretzels, crushed
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 oz. whipped cream
1 c. boiling water
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed

Mix the butter, 1/4 cup of the sugar and the crushed pretzels. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes (325 degrees for a glass pan).

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, whipped cream and 1 cup sugar. Spread onto cooled crust. Mix together boiling water, Jello and strawberries (with juice). Pour over cream cheese layer and refrigerate until top is firm.
