SPINACH PIE 
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
2 c. Feta cheese, crumbled
5 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerator crescent rolls
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Place onion and butter in large mixing bowl. Microwave at High (100%) until onion is tender, 1 to 2 minutes. Blend in remaining ingredients except crescent rolls and butter. Spread mixture into square baking dish, 10x10 inch. Shape crescent rolls into four rectangles; place on top of mixture. Brush with melted butter. Bake 60 to 75 minutes at 375 degrees.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
