1 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. butter 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese 2 c. Feta cheese, crumbled 5 eggs 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. dried basil leaves 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerator crescent rolls 2 tbsp. butter, melted Place onion and butter in large mixing bowl. Microwave at High (100%) until onion is tender, 1 to 2 minutes. Blend in remaining ingredients except crescent rolls and butter. Spread mixture into square baking dish, 10x10 inch. Shape crescent rolls into four rectangles; place on top of mixture. Brush with melted butter. Bake 60 to 75 minutes at 375 degrees. |
