MEAT AND VEGETABLE SOUP | |
2 c. meat (chicken, turkey, pork, or beef) 2 c. broth (from above) 1 med. onion, chopped 2 carrots, sliced 1 celery stalk, chopped 1 c. cooked tomatoes (may be canned) 1 c. whole kernel corn Any other vegetables may be added, such as peas, beans, okra, in 1 cup measures. Add all ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 45 to 60 minutes, until done; add water as necessary. Salt and pepper to taste. |
