MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. horseradish
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. ketchup

Place meat in mixing bowl and add salt, pepper and egg; mix well. In a small mixing bowl melt butter and add onion and cook until tender. Add to meat mixture. Then break bread into crumbs and pour the milk over it. Add to meat mixture with ketchup and horseradish; mix well. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
