STAINED GLASS PIE 
1 sm. pkg. red Jello
1 sm. pkg. green Jello
1 sm. pkg. yellow Jello
1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
1 sm. container Cool Whip or other dessert topping
1 c. mini marshmallows (optional)
1 graham cracker pie crust

Prepare each package of Jello individually in a small, shallow baking dish or pie plate, using only half the water called for (half a cup of boiling water; half a cup of cold water). Let the Jello set in the refrigerator until hard. Cut into small squares (you may have to dip the plates in warm water to get the squares out). Gently mix the multi-colored Jello squares with the dessert topping and the mini marshmallows (if desired). Spoon into pie crust. Chill and serve. (Great at Christmas time with just red and green Jello, too!)
