STRAWBERRY TEA BREAD 
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Pinch of cinnamon
1 pt. strawberries, chopped

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Beat butter, oil and sugar in mixing bowl until light. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Mix in vanilla.

Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon and fold into butter mixture. Fold in strawberries. Pour in pan. Bake until wooden pick comes out clean, 65 to 70 minutes. Cool on wire rack 20 minutes, turn out on rack to cool completely.
