7-UP PUNCH 
46 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
10 (7 oz.) bottles 7-Up
2 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice, thawed
Maraschino cherries

Using 2 ice cube trays, place 1 cherry in each compartment and fill with 7-Up. Freeze. Chill remaining 7-Up and pineapple juice.

At serving time, combine pineapple and orange juice in punch bowl. Add peppermint extract. Add chilled 7-Up and ice cubes. 30 servings.
