PARTY PUNCH 
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemon concentrate
1 (1 qt. 14 oz.) can pineapple juice, chilled
1/2 tsp. salt
Chilled frozen fruit ring
1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate
2 (6 oz.) cans each of frozen orange juice concentrate
6 c. cold water
2 (7 oz.) bottles each of club soda

Combine concentrates, pineapple juice, water, and salt in punch bowl or large container. Stir well. Chill. Before serving, stir in club soda. Serve with frozen fruit ring. Makes 4 quarts or 32 servings.

FROZEN FRUIT RING:

Thaw and drain frozen whole strawberries; arrange 1 1/2-quart ring mold with pineapple cubes, orange sections, and mint leaves. Add water to partially cover fruit. Freeze; then fill mold to top with water. Freeze. Unmold.
