1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
3 drops green food coloring
2 c. thawed Cool Whip

Blend ingredients together. Frost tops of 2 (8") cake layers or tops and sides of an 8" square cake. Garnish with mint leaves and chocolate curls, if desired.
