FRIKADELLER (DANISH MEATBALLS) 
1 lb. ground pork (steak or cutlet)
1 egg
3 slices of chopped onion (more if desired)
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk

Combine above ingredients. Form into small meatballs.

Melt butter in hot skillet and fry meatballs. Remove from pan and make gravy. Serve with sweet and sour red cabbage.

Thank you, i've been looking around for a recipe for "real" frikadeller like my mom use to make it - first place to find it. Old Danish recipes are hard to find.
