FRIKADELLER (DANISH MEATBALLS) | |
1 lb. ground pork (steak or cutlet) 1 egg 3 slices of chopped onion (more if desired) Salt & pepper 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk Combine above ingredients. Form into small meatballs. Melt butter in hot skillet and fry meatballs. Remove from pan and make gravy. Serve with sweet and sour red cabbage. |
