FRUIT CAKE 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. condensed dry mincemeat
1 1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. candied fruit
1 c. chopped nuts

Break mincemeat into chunks. Cook and cool. Add rest of ingredients. Bake in a loaf pan for 2 hours at 300 degrees. This cake will be moist even a year later. You can also add more fruit.
