CHINESE EGG ROLLS | |
1/4 lb. ground meat 1 chopped onion 3 c. shredded cabbage 1/2 c. shredded carrots 1 green onion, chopped 1 chicken bouillon cube Dash of salt 12 egg roll wrappers Oil for deep frying Sweet & Sour Sauce Brown ground beef; drain. Add onion and stir fry 3 minutes. Add next 4 ingredients and stir fry 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon into egg roll wrappers. Roll diagonally, folding corners in. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce. |
