RICE PUDDING 
2 c. water
3/4 c. rice
1/2 c. sugar
Dash salt

Add: 1 tbsp. Minute Tapioca 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Cinnamon

Simmer first 4 ingredients for 15 minutes. Add milk, tapioca and eggs. Bring to boil. Simmer for 45 minutes. When done add vanilla, cinnamon, sugar and raisins if desired. Stir frequently.
