ORANGE MUSTARD PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. finely minced ginger root
1 clove garlic, crushed
Pinch of pepper
Sliced oranges for garnish

Brown chops 5 minutes on each side in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover, reduce heat to medium and simmer 20 minutes. Remove chops to platter and keep warm. Reduce liquid in pan to 1/4 cup. Drizzle over chops. Garnish with orange slices. 6 servings.
