LAMB TAJ MAHAL 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. thinly sliced onions
1 garlic clove, halved
1 tbsp. or less curry powder
2 c. cooked lamb, diced
1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
Chopped nuts and parsley
Cooked rice

Melt butter slowly in skillet. Add onion, garlic, curry powder, salt, pepper. Stir over low heat until onion is tender. Discard garlic. Add lamb, soup, water. Mix well. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with rice garnished with chopped nuts and parsley. Serves 3 to 4.
