MY FAVORITE DRESSING 
4-6 c. cornbread
About 4 c. bread
3 tbsp. ground sage
1 tbsp. pepper
2 tbsp. salt
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. diced onion
4-6 hard boiled eggs, diced
2 tbsp. parsley
Broth for desired consistency

Mix together all ingredients. Add broth and water to desired consistency. Makes roaster pan of dressing. May add chopped giblets or boned chicken.
