CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
1 or 2 onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. chicken, chopped
2 c. soup or bouillon
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 or 3 tbsp. cornstarch

Saute vegetables for 5 minutes. Add chicken. Add cornstarch to the soup or bouillon; then add to vegetables and chicken. Add soy sauce. Cook until thick and clear. Serve over rice. Garnish with tomatoes and serve with Chinese noodles.
