2 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
2 c. milk

Beat yolks and whites separately when both are light combine. Add sugar, salt, flour and milk. Bake on a hot griddle. Are very thin. Similar to a crepe.
