SWEDISH BACON PANCAKE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 - 2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
6 slices bacon, fried

Put first five ingredients in blender. Mix. Cut bacon in pieces and fry. Add to batter. Grease an 8"x8" pan. Pour batter into pan and bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes. To serve 6 to 8, double recipe and use 9"x13" pan.
