14 KARAT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. oil
4 beaten eggs
3 c. grated uncooked carrots
1/4 c. butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts; optional
1/2 c. coconut; optional
1/2 c. raisins; optional

Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt, and cinnamon in mixing bowl. Add oil, eggs, and carrots; beat 4 minutes. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with 14 Karat Frosting. Cream together the butter, cream cheese, and vanilla. Add powdered sugar and mix until light and fluffy. Add nuts, coconut, and raisins, if desired.
