POPPY SEED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chicken, cooked & diced
1 1/2 c. grape halves
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

DRESSING:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. honey
3 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Toss the cooked chicken, grapes, onions, pecans, celery, sugar and salt & pepper together with a small amount of dressing.

For the dressing, blend ingredients in a blender until well mixed. Use the remaining dressing on the chicken at serving time.
