ICE CREAM DESSERT 
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. Quick rolled oats
2 sticks melted butter
1 jar caramel sauce
1 jar chocolate sauce
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

Mix brown sugar, flour, pecans, rolled oats and butter. Pat down on cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove and crumble while still hot.

Spread 1/2 crumbs on 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with 1 jar caramel sauce. Spread on ice cream (softened 1/2 gallon). Then add other 1/2 of crumbs. Dribble 1 jar chocolate sauce over top of ice cream and crumb mixture. Freeze - cut into squares.
