PASTA & VEGETABLE TOSS 
3/4 c. rotini (corkscrew noodles) or elbow macaroni
1 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. cauliflower flowerets
1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/2 c. reduced-calorie Italian salad dressing

Cook pasta according to directions on box. Add broccoli and cauliflower to boiling pasta for the last 3 to 5 minutes. Broccoli and cauliflower can be left shorter or longer depending on your desire for wellness; either crunchy or soft. Drain well; rinse if desired, drain well.

In bowl combine pasta with broccoli and cauliflower, carrot, green onion and dressing; toss to coat. Cover and chill or serve warm. Makes 6 side dish servings. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 97 calories.
